==Personal life==
Tucker Max's father, Dennis Max, is a restaurant owner in South Florida. Tucker grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lafayette High School before transferring and graduating from New Jersey's Blair Academy in 1995. Three years later he completed a BA in Laws, Letters, and Society at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors in 1998. He attended Duke Law School on an academic scholarship, earning a J.D. in 2001.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Biography and Press Kit )
